The Yahoo editorial team was looking for a designer to jump in and create content page images for sub-categories on Yahoo Life. Having experience working closely with the Yahoo brand, I took ownership of the project to create these sub-headers.

I was able to quickly turnaround three header images that only had one round of feedback. I studied the content living on the pages to ensure that the images represented the articles surrounding them. I included a flat style illustration seen throughout the Yahoo branding.
